My truck is about 60 miles under the warranty running out so I had my wife take it in to fix a few problems. One of those was the radio not displaying right all the time and feedback coming from the speakers when we step on the gas.
Well the truck I bought is a limited edition that came with a Pioneer CD/Tape player, 10 inch subwoofer, and nice speakers throughout. The lady tells my wife they won't fix it because it's not factory. Of course my wife jumps her ass and gets the manager who says yes, we can fix it.
So today I get a call to pick up the truck. They had to order a couple of b/s parts, big deal. She goes on to tell me the display on the radio worked while it was there so she's not working on it and that they weren't fixing the feedback because I added a 10 inch subwoofer etc. I tell her I haven't added shit and that it all came with the truck. She doesn't believe me. I tell her I'm looking at the fucking Ford book with all the features in the damn thing so she says "Well bring it in, I've never seen it".
WTF, so she can't look up a truck Ford sold from Ford and I should bring the book? Manager was out, I'm a hot motherfucker. What in the hell is wrong with people?
