Dang name server bullcrap!
I moved my sites to OXEO...
Changed the name server info at GODaddy.... This morning everything is pointing to my new server.... I update my page This afternoon.... It's seems to have reverted back to my old server..... I see my old page..... ![]() |

Thats called propagation. It will take 48-72 hours for the all the DNS servers around the world to update with your new info. Until then your traffic will bounce between the old and new server.
Just be sure you don't delete the files off the old server during the first 72 hours. Tip: Reducing your ttl on your zone files prior changing hosts will shorten the propagation period. |
