I think that you should not go fo outside us hosting. acacia did not win a singal case so far.According to what i know they has a patent in europe 2 so it wont help you allot unless you are not from usa the conuntries were the patent is registered to acacia.

It may be worth mentioning you don't host adult content in Australia. That'd be shut down in a matter of days by the Broadcasting Commission.
