I did not know there was paid for posts going on....but I don't see where selling sigs is any better, those folks want to get their sig out there and hence stupid posts....

But who cares about stupid posts, ya can scan right by them...its going to take alot more cleanup Lens to stop the BS than eliminating paid per posts.

This was always going to happen... a few will always spoil it for the many.

I think pay-per-post is a big part of the problem, in fact - what the hell happened to the days of "your sig is too big"... people got huge banners with text under it, its nuts.

you should only be allowed either a small button, or 3 lines of text. discussion boards are for discussion, there is also a spam board here.

lens, have you considered changing the sig rules, im still seeing these "sig space for sale" posts... when i first saw them, i thought it was a fucking joke.

Sure they will get deleted. But then you will need to have like 40 volunteer mods.

If people are getting paid to sig spam they will - ESPECIALLY pay per post. And then who becomes the ruling authority of who is posting shit and who is not?
