i've seen his content. it is high quality, and i'm sure it pulls traffic and probably converts OK.

Dude, places like Pattaya in thailand are one of the worst places in the world to have unprotected sex. I think that only a few places in Africa are even more worse. aids and hiv+ are two different things.
the girls can work for years being hiv+ and spreading the disease. true female to male transmission rates are low, with ordinary vaginal and oral sex with a thai prostitute even if she IS hiv+ somewhat low risk.
until she has a bleeding ulcer in her vagina, or bleeding gums and scrapes your cock with her teeth, etc.
