I love godaddy, but I am looking for a place where I can use paypal to register some domains, can you point me in the right direction?

you dont need the debit card, paypal gives a virtual card for free.

go down to SHOPPING or something, and it gives you a card number that is good for 24hrs i think

You can use PayPals instant virtual mastercard also, if you don't want to go through the process of getting their debit card.
