Like you said, all the talk about them in rap videos has put the name of the Escalade up there with Tupac

Well this is the problem at least here with the Escalades. They are a teenage bollywood ride. The white man is forced to drive the BMW.

Just remember that Ford/Lincoln has been making the SUV for longer than most of us have been alive...and they know what they are doing. I am on my 3rd Navigator and I love it. I, personally, like the lines of the Escalade but for a quality built vehicle you can't go wrong with the Navigator.

....and for all of the people who like the Escalade because it is what the rappers talk about then just wait for a few more months when the "P. Diddy Exclusive Navigator" hits the streets. It will be the most pimp ride on the market!!!

Rovers are sweeet.
I almost bought one. My college buddy is the Forman at the only authorized dealer Rover shop. They are sweet.

However im not in the market for new, and the used Rovers sell way too high. Unless that is you are willing to get a Discovery Land Rover which im not.

Chevy stayed with that ridiculous F-Body way to long. Classic example was the piece of shit Iroc. Before the Italians burn me at the cross, Chevy was sleepin at the wheel. It all started in 1985 when the 5.0 started with the 302 roller motor 5 speed with the Holley 650. It was all downhill for chevy for 10 years. Sorry for the thread hi-jack Bone. Jim we'll talk cause I need some feeds and webcam action

Look at the LX470

The Lexus has remarkable fit and finish. If you wish to look like you are in a music video than I would certainly say the Caddy or the Nav.

The LX470 is a refined vehicle that has amazing amenities that is a sophisticated, practical, and functional package. and they look great with 24's if tastefully selected.

that's mostly because they are coming from europe. You can find easily decent prices in europe for 2nd hand rovers. American SUVs are expensive here as well due to taxes and you don't see them often around. Wrangler and cherokee are the exceptions.

Old body style is nothing but a fancy Tahoe. I would look to get a new Tahoe for same price as a used Escalade. Or maybe a Denali.
