After all the stuff that has come out about the dangers of obesity, I'm dumfounded that anyone in their right mind continues to stuff their face with twinies and McDonalds.

It's sad to know our government even lets this crap still be manufactured when they know full on how destructive obesity is to our society. But as usual money rules and they don't want to financially hurt the corporate junk food makers, sellers, advertising recipients of junkfood ads, etc.

To each his own, just know you are destroying your ability to live a long and health life.

I smoke since I was 14... now I´m 21 and I smoke about a pack per day.

I have never tried to stop, but I think I won´t be able to quit just for my own behalf... I love smoking, and for me one of the best things in life is smoking a good cigarrete after lunch or with a nice beer.

But I know that when I decide to have a baby, I´ll quit... at least untill I stop breast feeding.

Someday you'll learn to 'quote', so people will know you you are talking to...

i forgot: it keeps me slim & fit, gives me a healthy morning 3 minutes cof, i can spit like a real champ (no weak spits, those that make u look like an asshole), with beer, women or lsd makes the perfect blend... what else can u ask?

u can even feel being inside a bad motherfucker's skin when smoking on public places, buses, government offices, etc

I know about a lot of the shit. I saw my father, when i was between 7 - 15 have 1 quad bypass & 2 triple bypass surgery's. My uncle had is jaw removed, and has the hole in his chest and can only drink the liquid shit, he got the cancer 10 years AFTER he smoked!

And, no it doesn't scare me that this could happen to me. But you know what, I've been breathing 2nd hand from when I was just born til i was 16, my father smoked bout 2 packs a day. But I started smoking when I was 9. I've already done the damage to myself, and I don't put the blame on the COOL comercials on TV. But the damage is done, I'm 21, and I'm fucked! I'm gonna have cancer and I know I will, but I give shit less!

Here's a good way to quit smoking.

Take a clothes pin and seal off your nostrils.

Next take masking tape and cover your mouth.

Now take a pencil and punch a little hole in the masking tape and insert a straw.

Breathe this way for 24 hours.

This is what it will be like one day if you don't stop smoking.
