Lots of hassle over the trading script. Im thinking of writting ( from scratch ) a trading script. Im looking for input. What do you guys wanna have in the script. Wich features etc. Fill me in. Script will be for free and can be midified by anyone using it.

Don't do it. It's easy to code, but webmasters are annoying little pricks that will fill every waking moment you have with dumb-ass questions to which the answers are in the friggin readme.
At least, that's what happened when I had a little free script a few years ago.

The other free tradescripts are just as "open" to those of ill intent as an open source one would be. The difference - an open source trade script would have loads more people looking for security flaws and suggesting fixes.

That is for sure a great advantage, but not all free trade scripts are written in PHP.

if you buy an script now, 90% change its written in php or perl or something simular. So they are easy to modify ( ask choker ). The idea here is that its a full script wich will modified on a regular base. If you wanna change the code to cheat with it there is not much you can do about it.

I'd really like to know what an outside programmer thinks about the 2. Also, it would be nice to see a script choker couldn't claim was stolen. Even if he is correct about CJOverkill I think a legal script would have him just as hot.

If Choker wants to provide me with ideas as to why he thinks CJOverkill is a rip of his script I'd be more than happy to provide an objective opinion...although regardless of what I said it wouldn't make any difference in the grand scheme of things. I'm always happy to poke my nose in other people's business though =)

Search the threads, there are already at least 15 of these. Do you have the original version of the stolen script? Since then he has changed much of the code.

It was definitely a rip. One of the toplist template files had the letters "TTT" in the text - I guess the global search and replace missed that one...

I would love a quality trade script that could handel several sites insted of one script for each site...

I know ATO can do this but I havn't talked to anyone using it
... I allso would like it to beable to handel more than one front end per site...

I'm pretty happy with both UCJ and TM3 but it sucks having to jump from one log in to the next and so on.. and as I add sites I know it will be worse.
