I am looking for 2 pages only, not too heavy with slow loading graphics but a nice layout for a webcam site, with most of the graphics to the top and we can plug all our stuff in below that.

I would need it on a white background and would like something colorful and something that catches your eye well.

The splash page would be somethign like this but on a white background:

And the inside template would be something like this:

With the same type of layout (browse around the site to egt an idea of the graphics and such needed).

Please post your quotes here for this 2 page project along with some samples of your work. I will choose a designer on November 1st-5th, thanks.
