yeah, I was gonna say make sure you dont make a habit out of it. But it was great for me, one time, and solid sleep.

This may also apply, try changing your sheets and blanket, go out and find something nice that just calls you to bed. I got this new comforter and it sucked ass, changed it to another one and Im sleeping like a baby.

A hot jacuzzi bath and glass of champagne (or 2) usualy relaxes me so much i have no problem faling alseep
