    How to Break Ac*cia

Each webmaster files a preventative lawsuit in Superior Court at their local county courthouse.

Acacia is required to pay its lawyers to protect itself in each court at the cost of thousands per lawsuit.

If you get 1000 webmasters to file separately, Acacia would run out of its $35MM real quick.

    Voila...

(Now we would only need to figue out how to avoid a RICO).

The problem is how many webmasters are going to file a preventive lawsuit against Acacia? If everyone cooperates then it is going to be easy to really fuck Acacia over 35 MM in their war chest. However, I think they can easily raise more capital by floating more shares.

Shareholders would be pissed at the least with mounting legal costs if this actually happened.

35 million is shared among several companys from what I've read.. Acacia dosn't have all the cash .. they are even still fighting for that V-chip thing.. so this patent isn't their only money drain.

Why doesnt someone assist Acacia. I am sure they would appreciate it if we all recycled our costly cnet fliers by pooling them together. Then printing out more copies of their form letters, changing the to: name on them to the correct companies.
Print up some envelopes on our dime.

Address them to every company that they also should seek royalties from, compiling that list would take so long for them and be so costly to their shareholders after all.

Then just mail them out for them. I mean we would be doing them a favor right? Because I think Microsoft, Real, Time Warner, CNN, CBS, ABC, Fox, ect. all need to be paying to right?

(this is a joke and is not meant to be done by anyone)
