Getting way out of hand. They're sending packets to people that have absolutely nothing to do with video, requesting money? How could that be legal? Demanding funds from people that have absolutely nothing to do with the case.

It's illegal to double dip with a patent, so it's not likely.

It's "illegal" for ACACIA to charge Webmaster A for earnings from Sponsor A if Sponsor A settled. ACACIA knows that Webmaster A signed up for other sponsors besides Sponsor A. So while ACACIA can't charge Webmaster A for Sponsor A earnings, they can charge Webmaster A for Sponsor B earnings.
