The company that gives out my home address without a court subpoena will absolutely find themselves in court. I'll probably lose because I can't afford their high priced attorneys, but there is NO excuse for giving out personal information without a court order. NONE.

a problem. One which, if true, you would have the right to file
litigation on. IF there is nothing in the TOS with said Company
that says they can give it out, or if it falls under their somewhat
dubious definition of 'publicity. Or if they have the unfortunately
ubiquitous "We reserve the right to change these TOS herein at anytime with or without notification."
And, think of this: some of you have wire transfers, some paypal, etc. Acacia has your names and addresses, and if the 'leaker' company had enough balls to give those, who's to say they didn't give out account and routing numbers?

I received a package from Acacia. The company name they sent it to never advertised oxcash, bangbus, bangbros, etc.
In fact, the company name they sent it to never advertised any adult site, this business in fact has nothing to do with video whatsoever.
The Ox guys seem to be real stand-up guys who are interested in doing "The Right Thing(tm)" imho. I'd have a tough time believing it was them.Comment

To clear things up.. the name and address on my letter was very unique as I had just moved out to San Diego last October and have been working for Jason & Alex. I have signed up under 3 sponsors since then and none of those sponsors have the same address as ACACIA. The only company that matched my address was Matrix Content, matched it perfectly.. missing the apartment number and all.
