Are they just canadian corp? Aren't they under Visa US for processing? Would have to have some corperate US ties then, which would mean the patent applies, but I am sure dave will clear that up.

The revenue that Acacia stated was for the past Q.

We settled one week ago. So our revenue will go into their next quarter which they say will be 1 million plus.

It was a guess before earnings came out, how much Acacia earned from licence agreements.

I don't think it matters where you're located if you do business in the US. CE settled and they're an offshore (Curacao?) company.

There are many companies that have not posted one word in their defense.
