they are from a persian site with steady traffic.

Had them going to a program and made $600 in one day, but the owner didnt really know how to promote them so he had me discontinue the persian hits :/

can generate 200-400 email joins per day, avg ratio of 1:5 - 1:15

experiences were bad with FTC, FEB, CEmags, and most of the popular ones.

since i am not setup to do my own mailings, i was hoping to find someone that has experience converting foreign surfers, and might be willing to pay per email.
