having had business with darren in the past i've only got positive things to say about the experience - cutting through some of the board politics and allegiances here - he's paid over and above invoices once or twice because he's liked the jobs done - not too many people go that far.

Sorry to hear that mate. I'm not entering into this mainly because for once I actually have stuff to do instead of reading a whole 5 page thread so see who's pissing on who and why after the initial page (won't happen again :)), but darren was always a stand up guy in our dealings. I don't push any of his stuff or work with him at the moment so I don't have any agenda with him, but being surrounded by crooks in this industry you tend to remember the guys that did alright by you in the past.

If you're referring to the screenshot of his ignore list, perhaps you didn't notice that his own name is on the list, and TDF's too (someone he seems to get along with). It was quite clearly a joke.

And why even bring up the issue of judaism. It's got nothing to do with this thread. You start telling people not to talk about it, but uhh.. nobody had even mentioned your religion in this thread. And so what if they talked about jews in a thread about jews. What's wrong with having a discussion about your religion (or anybody else's for that matter, which, btw, happens quite a lot)?

Never had any problems with Darren or Mensniche and I dealed a lot of biz with them.

To be honest, it's quite funny. He's been rambling about it for literally 2 or 3 pages of this thread, and it never even happened. He's making a fool of himself.

I've done a lot or design work with Darren in the past 2 years and he's always been true to his words. He paid me on time and never complained on the price. He never played a fucking game with me...

The guy is a real business man and he'll expect the same coming from the person he'll deal with.
