    Which one has the worse service.. Probilling or Verotel?

    I thought ProBilling sucked... now switching to Verotel and they seems fucked as well. Taking 3 weeks of hitting emails back and forth to get their script installed. It all seems hopeless!!!!

    And yes I post here all the time and am using this handle to remain as anonymous as possible. I support my wife and two kids on my sites and can't afford to be shut down by ProBilling like they have others that have spoken out against their shitty service http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...hreadid=188120

      Never used Probilling, I can confirm that Verotel is a sack of shit though! ;)

              Verotel has a live support chat that solves problem instantly! When globill fell, they usually took 2-3 days to get my account authorized? But in live chat, I almost get things done in an hour!
              Bad in emails, but great in live support :

                  I agree wholeheartedly, live support is sensational, but also I have NO problem getting them to respond to emails, and they ALWAYS answer the phone.

                  Amazing how many people whinge and whine about shit because they haven't been bothered talking to anyone and expect everything handed to them on a platter.

                      LOL, I just finished using Verotels live support! Any time I call support is great.
