I just had my lean body mass and body fat calculated at my dietician this morning. I was at 12% body fat with 215.6 lbs of lean bodymass.

I think this system is totally wrong. My trainner told me I have a perfect body fat at 16%. This system doesn't care that's fat or muscle or bone.

You are correct, BMW is a useful metric, however it doesn't differentiate between muscle & fat, so according to the calculator, body builders are all obease :1orglaugh

however if I punch in my weight one year ago I get

29.8 ouch
