Ping www.google.com and see what IP you get.
If you get 207.44.194.56 this is not the right one, you need to the crap from your hosts file. http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/viru...=TROJ_QHOSTS.A

my ping result is 216.239.57.99, and after I scan virus [use trendmicro.com online scaner], still can't access google/alltheweb, but I can access yahoo!
