alternatives to MRTG graph? anything server-side..?
hi all... anyone recommend a decent graphing package that can run "server-side"..? my host has been having problems w/ the *nix box he runs all the MRTG's on lately and i'm tired of waiting for it to get straightened out. i just need something that is web-viewable that displays current IN/OUT statistics... anything fairly simple come to mind..? |

				 | If your host is having problems with their mrtg box, why not run your own copy of mtrg on one of your own boxes?

				 | I wouldn't run it over a dsl/cable modem unless you were reasonably sure the connection would always be on. MTRG will make some very screwy graphs if you're offline. The MRTG site should have most of the info you need. http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/ Depending on what you want to monitor you may need to install snmp and get the right mibs.
