Get a 2257 compliant model release. Make sure she reads it through, and understands you own full rights to the images. Take pictures of the two ID's (one being a government issue'd photo ID), and take pictures of the ID's next to her face. And then to make it all 2257 compliant you'll need the address to the custodian of records online, displayed on the sites where the pictures are located.
