Went out tonight and realized my tolerance for booze is that of a 16 year old virgin. I rarely drink anymore. Lost my taste for booze about a year ago.

Had 3-4 red bull and vodkas and I was hammered, good thing Greg was driving. My bachelor party is in 1 week, I need to build up my tolerance bad! I need suggestions!

low booze tolerance is a great thing. I LOVE being a cheap drunk. I don't go out much (bars arn't my thing) and drink only very little at conventions. (montreal was my one exception and that was an 8-10 beer night and I was TOTALLY shitfaced that night)

I'm hammered on 2-4 drinks usually. limit myself to about 5-6 over an evening including dinner and ending at 2-3am.

even with that I feel drunk, and considering I'm a BIG guy, that means I'm a really cheap drunk.

back when i was in university my tolerance was much higher, but I was doing a LOT more practice then...............

Brad I strongly suggest getting yourself a bottle of grey goose tomarrow and some OJ or redbull and drink it starting at around 5 pm and drink one drink every half hour untill you pass out!
Dont make them to strong at first!
Start out with nice drink glass I sure you have one of those
put 2 ice cubes in it ONE shot of vodka in it and drink it on a hlak hour pace!!
Continue that for 2 hrs!!
Then after 2 hrs is up then you go ahead and move up to 1 1/2 shots!
Continue at this pace till waisted!!
Also I would recomend just bringing booze over to your couch or lazy boy so you dont have to get up!!
This can cause severe Physical damage!!!

So this for 2 nights!!
Then on the 3rd night start of with 2 shots and fo at the ABOVE pace!!! DONOT go above 2 shots at all!!!!

The 3rd night I would recomend starting of with 2 Keystone light tall boys. Possibly 3!!!
Then after you finish those move onto the drinks again!!!

This will give your stomach a chance to experience veriaty as well as gets you prepaired for what ever may come!!

4th night take off!!!! DO NOT DRINK!!! This gives your System a chance to recuperate and filter out some of the poisons!!

5th night!! Go out to a restaraunt and do the above..
Often times a bar or restaraunt atmosphere tends to change the outcome of the drinking!!!

6th night is pretty much up to you!! Drink casually or heavily but make sure you drink!!

Do this routine Bradly and you will be prepaired!!!

Trust me!!

This is the routine I use before every show!! IT woeks!!!

Honestly.. no matter how much you drink from now untill you have your party, you probebly will not build your tolerence.. it usually takes much longer.. but yeah you can try drinking alot from now untill then.. and you may be more adjusted

Dont eat junkfood before you drink. Dont even eat before you drink. Stick to the liquid diet when partying. Eat before you crash for the evening. And practice, practice, practice. You'll get there sweety. Dont' forget to down a couple aspirin before you go out for the hangover the next day. It works for me every time. good luck and train hard

Only a few miles from me. But I think tonight we are going to see a girlie movie and then hit the state fair in the am. I was hurting SO bad last night. Thought about puking in Greg's lexus, but I knew he would be pissed!

This morning I actually feel quite well though surprisingly. Not to mention I stepped on the scale this morning and I am almost back down to my all time low weight of 197.
