Pay Per Sale or 50/50 60/40 that allow me to copy
your site and host it myself then link to the join page.

This way I can keep all exit hits. I understand on PPS there would be reduced rate due to you not getting exit consoles but on partnership it shouldn't affect you at all.

Your join page must not have pre-checked or non checked boxes.
