Ive been submitting sites quite alot to SE ect, and my spams now driving me crazy and taking up alot of time deleting.

any suggestions. Ive heard of spamcop ect but can this be added to any pop ect.

is there any thing where your contact has to verify himself for the email to get through to you.

ive known some webmaster to use this type thing but I didnt keep the mails.

any help on this one would be cool
