Domain name switch problem
I've got a couple domains I need to switch to my current Registrar - Godaddy FROM register.com However, I can't change anything because the email associated with those domains is dead. BTW - Used the email forwarding service and it still didn't work, never got them to my new email.
The biggest problem is this. I registered these domains in 1997 when I was overseas in another person's name. They want a copy of their passport/ID but I'm not in contact with this person anymore and he may be dead for all I know. Anyone with a similiar problem?

If they're under another person's name, and you can't reach that person, you can probably consider them gone. Might be worth it to try and backorder the domain(s) with godaddy and hope when they expire you can snatch them back. Depends how important they are to you I suppose.
