Well I found http://www.swissgates.com/ but i dont know.... Wont they fuck me? They are quite cheap, i found swiss banks webpages and they want smth about 1000$ for opening an account.
I dont want an anonymous account

They will open a bank account for you (not an Internet account).
I don't remember it all, but there are 3 types of accounts: postal, regular bank and numbered. For postal and bank you don't have to fly there. For numbered acc. you have to go there and meet the big boss. As I said, I don't remember, but I think my postal acc. coasted me less than $500 to open.
Just read their site, they have all the info.

By mail or in person. When opening by mail we need a valid passport with an apostille as well as the usual documents about the economic origin of the funds. In person no apostille is necessary.
Its quite easy and cheap - 527$$
