There is some traffic going to it, I can't really say how much, not much though, mostly you would just be buying the domain. I have various sites within the domain right now...those sites wouldn't come with it but there is some traffic going to them through toplists, link lists, etc but really there isn't very much so it's best to just say it is the domain for sale.
