After searching through GFY I found a few comments about Traffic-Out though most of them were several months old. The comments were mostly about their quality traffic, high productivity and about their ability to only send a few thousand visitors a day.

What I like about their traffic is that it isn't blind or 404 or console, it is a plain text link with the name of the site. Which is the best kind of traffic for a TGP that doesn't trade it's traffic and needs quality over quantity. Does any one else have feedback about Traffic-Out, anyone use them recently?

I have direct hardlinked clicks in several categories, but the quantity isn't real high. It's getting a little faster every day though.

200%? You must be doing something wrong or your site isn't that click-friendly. I get 350-400% no sweat, even more for thumb preview sites.
