I called them once asking what the hell they meant when they said NO CHARGEBACKS.

That girl went on to explain that the returned checks are shown after 2-3 days, instead of 2 weeks or something with other check processing providers.

You will get returns just with like all the others, supposedly just showing them faster.

Hmmm.... but less damaging than a chargeback, Im sure?

if so, then all of their advertising is blatantly false... they say no chargebacks, no nsf... they dont say faster chargebacks and faster nsf...

i was thinking of using them, but that really lowers my opinion of their operation

no CB, no nsf with their directcheck system but I believe many banks still do not have the required tech so you could be missing out on many valid check sales as well.
