Sagonet/United Colo is cesspool of abuse, spam, proxy abuse, and criminal activity.

SPEWS has their entire network , (8000 IPs) blocked. Expect to have lots of trouble if you are going to be sending email from their servers. They have hosted Rokso spammers in the past. They forward spam complaints to the spammmers for listwashing

Don't trust them.
They (UnitedColo) moved their servers from the SF Bay Area, to FLORIDA, without informing their customers...
