hmm by the looks of the "contact" info on their page it looks like there is one person doing sales, support and billing... and on top of that I don't see any phone numbers ... I don't know if it's just me but I'd stick with someone more reputable

ISPRIME , OXEO, JUPITER, National just to name a few.

I am on virtual ( Hey, im just starting and learning ;) Most of the problems where technical / wrong setup, but they fixed it within one hour. You can report problems with a ticket system.... works great. At the moment i have a problem with my CC (Authorization Failed). I also got a fast response from them, but this time (for perspicuous reason) they have no solution. Well... if that damm Visa still not works tomorrow i use another card.

It's the best hosting company. I am using adultXspace for a 2 years and no problems never. Their support is rocks! So what are you waiting for ?

I'm at AdultXspace on a dedicated 10mbit host.. works great and my sites grow like crazy!
I had some problems in the begining but that was due to a power outage in San Francisco datacenter.. it was not their fault at all.
For the rest all is great Kon and Emu are skilled and always fast to reply. Their prices are hard to beat as well.

I really do reccomend them..

AdultXspace is a "Small" Hosting company that started to grow very fast.

For the moment we have 2 people in the Sale Department (we are looking for more if you know anyone)
Our SUPPORT is 24H a day and the Clients that use us know that . We have a ticket system but also sys admin'S on icq.
We dont metion our supports icq on the web site for some reason but when someones signups with us we metion them
We can say that our Support team is one of the top outside there.

For billing we use 2checkout. Everyone knows how 2checkout works. We dont get any customers credit numbers at all (thats secure for the client since we can not charge him )

Webmasters beware of Skilledhost.com!!!! Allmost DAILY! donwtimes and it doesnt matter what package you buy $60 per year or $600, currently all my sites are dead for the 3rd day....about 30k of daily traffic!!!
