EBAY. They have lots of lego people auctions. To find a black set of them, you might have to dig a little bit and look up different things like "lego people", "lego figure", and whatever else.
Why do you need them ? Are you gonna make a lego slave plantation like in the "owned pic" ? ha ha ha -

Ditto the Ebay suggestion. I've been able to find advertising promos from the company my Grandfather owned that he sold (and they changed the name of) over 30 years ago! if you can't find it on Ebay, it doesn't exist.
