[email protected] Hi: Just sucessfully signed another client who thought that he could not get a merchant account because of adult content. If the issues are related to fraud scrub, did you know that you can use the same databases that the procesors use to scrub for fraud? If the issues are you do not possess enough processing history to obtain a merchant account, we can start you off slow. More important, VISA and MasterCard offer fraud enhancements that actually protect merchants. If you process anywhere from 15,000 - 30,000 per month in credit cards we can get you a rate anywhere from 4%-8% + .30 per fraud scrub for your credit card sales. Start slow, move some of your business in house. We can get you ACH rates of $1.00 per settled transaction, and anywhere from .30 - .60 for transactions that are reversed or revoked. Use 900 numbers? We can get you a flat rate of 10% and recurring telephone billing. In addition, we offer a licensed attorney at your disposal 24 hours per day 7 days per week, and not just for payment processing questions, but all legal questions. Drop us a line before your registered URLs become poisened by the new operating rules. Free the grips of the big billing companies month by month in a slow and systematic fashion. Peace. . . |

resigned. . . . . (sounds better than quit)
I do apologize for the SPAM and I am looking for a positive place to put some advertising. I sent Laura to the show in Florida and will be sending her to the show in Vegas. Strategically, we are taking clients in a slow and confidential manner. Any client that signs on is required to maintain strict confidentiality. Most of our clients are in Europe and cross border aquiring is of all things requiring them to come to the United States. . .imagine that, offshore companies coming to the US. We hand hold them through the process of obtaining a merchant account. We are 19-20 so far, one client failed to disclose that a partner was TMFed, so the whole organization was rejected. Gotta go. . . peace, and lots of money. . . |

Edward,
You should build up your creditability by doing a nude photo shoot. That will earn you some respect and bring you some new clients at the same time. BTW: I Hope They Die!!!!! ![]() |

Will the mediator of this message board allow a nude photo of myself? If so, I am game, and I am sure Laura is too. Webmasters know that I am a stand up guy. I was firm when I enforced the copyright policy, and made some people mad, but trust me, the card associations are mad because a few dirty webmasters pushed illegal content, confusing cross-sells and "free" trials, as well as open credit card fraud.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide references from ay of my clients, because we have strict confidentiality clauses, however, I have no qualms of publishing how we do what we do. The system is unique, and after people begin realizing that aggregation is on the way out, especially with the MasterCard rules basically requiring the processers to identify themselves as "merchants", merchants of what? Are they responsible for the content now? Or even more scary? Are the processors Money Transmitters? If so, they have to register in each state as a money transmitter and file treasury reports. Nonetheless, we present businesses to the banks with a guarentee that the merchant account is protected from losses, the merchant utilizes a chargeback reduction program, as well as some of the tools that VISA and MasterCard provides, such as Verified by Visa, PIN Based credit card transactions etc. We are here and the industry knows how to get in touch with us. If would be productive, we are thinking about exhibiting in Vegas. I honestly miss all of your guys that run honorable businesses, and I am sorry that a few bad apples brought all this heat down from the associations. Think about it, a few bad seeds caused VISA and MasterCard to re-write and begin to enforce rules that were never really enforced. A good example, the Cross Border Aquiring Rule was on the books since 1999, but most recently enforced with the IPSP clarification. During this time, the processors were earning millions of dollars off of your hard work, and in your opinion, how skilled were they in explaining and preparing you for the changes that tool place? |

since they are bad apples you should let the rest of us know. what about copyright infringers? how many DMCA notices did you receive during your time at IBILL which concerned AdultBouncer? thanks

Hey there Donnie G, Since this is a spam post anyway, you can compare if you would like to: Fraudscrub.com helps provide high-risk merchants with their own merchant accounts, onshore and offshore, depending on their needs. The company also can assist low-risk merchants in finding competitive rates for their business also, be they online or "brick and mortar". Fraudscrub.com also has a web-call product that takes on-line trasaction data and "scrubs" it through rule sets, a negative data-base and a neural net (which optimizes the output of the rule sets, negative data-base and other real time data) to assign a risk score and an "accept", "decline" or verify more data. The transaction data can be sent to us at any point during the authorization process. The set up costs and times are minimal, and there are no maintenance or upgrade efforts involved, as the software is actually hosted on our servers and we take care of it.. Fraudscrub.com provides banking technology products and services for financial institutions and e-commerce merchants. Using "rule-set" and "neural-net" technology, Fraudscrub provides superior, anti-fraud systems and and risk management methodologies for "card-not-present" financial transactions on the Internet and in Mail Order/ Telephone Order ("MOTO") environments. In addition to its innovative, anti-fraud and risk management offering, Fraudscrub's technology platform offers banks, payment processors and merchants a sophisticated, robust interface for tracking, reporting, and execution of "card-not-present") and ACH transactions. The processing capabilities of the system and the subsequent, anti-fraud functionality have been successfully developed and deployed over the last 7 years, facilitating tens of millions of electronic payment trasnsactions. Fraudscrub provides state of the art fraud filtering technology through an intricate combination of both "rule-set" and "neural net" data filters. Under "rule-set" only filters, both fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions can be declined. The "neural-net" or "thinking" component, statistically analyzes multiple data sets to weigh the probabilities of potential fraud. Based on this analysis, the fraud filters automatically contract and expand to allow maximum trasaction throughput, while screening out overt or obscured incidences of fraud. By defining and controlling merchant order and/or payment pages, in addition to implementing proven risk management principles, the platform's efficacy in mitigating fraud is further enhanced. The platform has been developed using JAVA and APACHE/TOMCAT, with plug-in functionality for added capabilities required by individual banks or merchants: Verified by Visa, authentication technologies, etc. Operated in secure web based environment, the service can be quickly and easily deployed with a simple integration protocol on both the merchant interface and financial institution interface. This allows for an easy, cost-effective deployment of service. The platform also includes a full payment gateway, providing real-time payment processing capabilities with robust functionality for monitoring, reporting, accounting and execution of electronic payment transactions. Other technologies and capabilities are available to meet the varying needs of Fraudscrub's clients: including comprehensive risk management, state of the art secure, backend processing modules, and security and anti-fraud technical consultation, and we have recently partnered with a company to provide 24/7 customer service for your end users. Please feel free to cantact me at ANY time on my mobile number for any questions that you may have. (translation: I have no life :-) ) +1 954 650 5789 Best Regards, Michael Michael Sperber V.P Busness Dev. [email protected] |

Edward, let's don't get carried away. You were well aware of who was processing what at the company where you worked; tread lightly when assigning blame, especially in light of the fact that you most likely knew exactly what was going on.

I am just saying that some clients were treated with preferential treatment to the detriment to the rest of the industry.
It is like this everywhere in business. However, in this industry, it is deadly. |
