I REALLY LOVE all of the Vs (Victoria's Secret) Perfumes, but my fave in their line is PINK Perfume, Very Sexy, and one of their most popular ones Dream Angels Heavenly!!!!! and the Strawberries and Champagne Spray. I hope VS has a Christmas sale soon!

I also have some cheap perfume (Sonia Kashuk Bergamot & Rose Waterlotus) that I bought at Target but it actually smells good, and almost everything in that line is very good for the price.

I don't like really heavy or old fashioned perfumes, like Chanel no.5, I know it's a classic but it smells very "old-lady like" like something my grandmother would wear.

Talking about perfume... apparently, anyone can make an imitation perfume and won't get prosecuted. According the PTO, smells are so peculiar that its hard to PATENT a smell.

Never cared much about perfumes, always thought it was a waste of money. Would rather spend money on things people could actually SEE like clothes or shoes. Until one day my ex-bf complained

For men I absolutely ADORE Drakkar. Drives me WILD, I think it's SO sexy.

Oh, and I DESPISE Polo. Something about that smell has always made me sick. :(

I'd think it would be mighty difficult. Back a long time ago I thought I might like to become a perfumer...there is so much that goes into creating a single fragrance. You might well be able to patent a particular formula, but change one or two drops and even if it smells the same to the "uneducated" nose, it's still technically different.

All speculation on my part, as far as patenting goes.

As for fragrances, I'll say this: If I'm not your lover or a very likely candidate to become so, I don't want to smell your fragrance. Please. Go light.

Yeah, I think smell is very important. Good smells evoke positive psychological responses and trigger happy memories. And if you get him hooked on your scent, every time he smells it he'll think of you :Graucho

Vetiver by Guerlaine.. As well as the deodorant.. Soap etc... The whole package.. Thay also make Habit Rouge which is Vanilla scented..

Women love it.. You should never mix your toiletries.. Use one fragrance from one company :)

JoeA (kind of) gets it. We are so inundated by SMELLS. Your laundry detergent and softeners are scented. Your bath soap is scented. Your moisturizers are scented. Your shampoo and conditioner are scented. Your shaving cream is scented. Your deodorant is scented. Your fucking TOILET PAPER is scented. By the time you've showered, shit and shaved, you've been fragranced from head to toe and every unmentionable in between. And you think you need MORE scent? Well, if you must, please, for the love of all that is holy, keep it in the same family of at least one of the other products you've already used.

Between your herbally infused head, your country-meadow ass and your sunshine-fresh clothing, I've had quite enough. :helpme A little human smell is refreshing from time to time.
