Gay converts and retains better, but in the end you'll make more money promoting straight sites just because of sheer volume.

If you started a straight big tit site you'd have a lot more customers for it, and have more choices of getting traffic than if you started a gay site.

I have a gay site that does pretty well and a friend has the same type of site but he has girls on it instead, and he makes at least 5x more on his than I do.

ummmmmm, this thread is gay!

Two very broad statements and, unfortunately two very wrong statements (to a point).

In todays current climate, there are certainly a lot more ways for webmasters to make money in the straight market than the gay market but, the gay market is catching up and as i already mentioned, niche for niche, the gay market has far more niches than the straight one anyday.

Ultimately however, it all comes down to how the individual webmaster promotes their sponsors sites.

but honestly, some of the most well off site/program owners I've known have had a solid gay site presence....


the directness, higher disposable income, the bi-curiousness of people at large, etc...makes a ton of sense to sling the man-lovin sites...

Umm..WRONG!
For the longest time, 10% was the figure used, then the religious right got all riled up in the 80's and they started using the figure of 5% MAX. Now..geez, I think it's around 8% for the "official" figure.

But who the fuck knows!? I have to think at LEAST 10%.
