If/When Adult.com and its affiliated sites settle with Acacia Research. do you think there will be a shunning of GFY?

As a lot of people have spoken out quite loudly agains the companies who did settle. Some have even pulled links. So does anyone think people will cease to come about out beloved GFY if Adult.com settles?

People will still come. But I really doubt we'll be able to continue talking about ACACIA and IMPAI.

I doubt it'll be the wide open acacia slamming board it is now, but then again i'm not convinced there will be manditory censorship unless thats part of their deal.

If they do that they would make it themselves a lot harder
to gain information.

Good point.. My lack of sleep is making me closed minded. They don't know much about the industry as it is. Watching this board is a window into a lot of whats going on. I wonder how many people they have monitoring this and other boards.

I also love to GIVE credits and GFY is totally Lensman's achievement I have NO part of,

Hmmm.. intersting. Big players settle and achieve a monopoly rather than fight and have the patent invalidated?

Real monopolies are usually a lot more brutal to get into than just paying a licensing fee of 2% gross or $1500.

But it would explain the settlements we keep seeing.
