unmanaged, i believe. i think i've heard a few complaints, but overall not bad. check webhostingtalk.

partially managed. you're not going to get the same support out of a basic support level that you would with someone like phatservers, isprime, oxeo, etc.

if you pay for the higher services, just as well get someone you know is going to get it right from the beginning.

they have 2 major outages in last month.. first they servers was down 6-7hours and after 2 days they had a new downtime of half-one hour..
