cheapest place for a monitor?

i just bought my first house and i need a monitor before i move out. wheres the cheapest place to get a 17 or 19"? i have a ton of other stuff to spend $ on so i need the best deal.

well man, cheapest, find the local computer fix it guy.. u know the guy who fixes everyones shit outta the back of his house.. odds are he has a couple 10-30 buck jammies for ya.. if not the local pawnshop defently does
