I heard the news too, no idea what happened but willing to bet it has to do with Acacia as well. Didn't think it would be so bad that they would close up shop though.

Acacia got a default court judgement against them.
They never showed up for the hearing the judge ruled in Acacias favor. Presumably they have all kinda of legal fees etc to pay now  |
