Verotel Still down! And....
I was supposed to signup with them today for an affiliate program and they've been down a while!
How often does Verotel have down issues like this? Are they reputable? |

Some people like them, I see them as one the the two next billing companies to go down. Them and Probilling.

Verotel work well when their servers are up, but I am concerned about them in the long term. I think they will stay around longer than the guys who are blatantly avoiding the rules (such as globill moving offshore), but eventually Visa will clamp down on them. They are certainly not squeaky clean like ccbill is. |

Just got off the phone with Verotel in Amsterdam.
Their main sites http://www.verza.com and http://www.verotel.com and even the front entry to the control center http://www.verotel.com/m11000.html are working no problem. Their secure server is still working, but is timing out more often than not through IE (apparently could be OK in Netscape - anyone confirm this??). It MAY be they were the target of a DOS attack.... their techs are knee deep in the problem It does suck, but they always answer the phone....... Try them yourself: http://www.verza.com/py02002.html ![]()
