    Verotel down..............again.........

    Just got an email from a potential customer saying he has been trying on and off for about 5 hours to join.

    I just checked and Verotel is down. Again. I think this is about the 5th time in a month.

      Wow- 9 views, looks like "Verotel is down" threads are becoming as passe as ibill CMI ones.

      FWIW I just called Verotel and they say it's been down for about 20 mins, and it is being worked on now. Hmm, the wording from the customer very clearly says "for a period of 5 hours..."

          yah there like hosting companys 5hrs downtime was a 20 minute upgrade glitch

          but i cant blame the guy on help desk he doesnt give a shit what can you do besides bend over and take it like a seasoned homo?
