I am brand new to this and need insight so that I will not get blacklisted before I get started.

most tgps don't allow the big pics to be on html pages, the images must link directly to the pic.
also, you only have 1 banner at the top. probably not the most effective way of doing things, although that won't get you on the bl.

needs more color, better pictures, more consistancy in the orientation of the pictures, maybe a good join link? Banners usually dont cut it. other than that, GREAT!

Just don't do the pics on big html pages, I think almost no one will accept your gallery
