They hit a few big bumps when the new company changed out some legacy reporting stuff & updated the system to help stay compliant with new card regulations...

But now Ibill is back to paying on time every time as they had for years.

They definitely handled their problems better than the growing list of now non-existent IPSP's no?

Come on... Can you honestly tell me that they are a good billing processor? I have not talked to one person who has used them and had no problems. I used them for a while and it was a train wreck. They have horrible customer service, and every thing they do takes entirely to long.

I have always received my Ibill checks on time. Sometimes they have reporting issues but most of the time things are ok.

Well they are still around if thats what you mean...

I no longer use them so i honestly couldnt say if they have recently changed. But i can tell you that when i did use them i was never payed on time, and it took way to long to get anything done.

Honestly i rather rub my balls against a cheese gratter than go through all that again.

Yes im going to fly all the way to florida or where ever the hell they are located and pull the magic plug....

Maybe i should have chosen diffrent words, but ive been dealing with them for a long time and have had nothing but bad luck. I read messages from all sorts of other people complaining about the same things that i have been through with them and it bugs me. So i figured what better place to stir up some shit about them....

They have, in the past, had two levels of service (standard, and premium).

One of them was pretty bad at times... but keep in mind, I'm pretty sure the main focus of their jobs was to issue credits/refunds for your clients... not understand how ibills scripts, or your webserver worked.

Then again, I would always call them at 3am.

But I have no idea how there support is these days... I don't run paysites anymore.

Well then you signed up with them during or right after the visa regultations were imposed on the industry - because the number of accurate, timely IBill payout far outweighs the small number o problem-payouts/paydays they've had.

Remember they are the industries first big CC processor - and they are still here to tell the tale.

CCbill has been around awhile -- but I'm pretty sure Ibill had a 2-3 year jump on them.

At least they have for the last two pay periods.

Seriously though I hope they are turning over a new leaf, it seems they are. I have no plans to move away from them.

Are you a IBill revshare client or something?

Because ACH payments to ibill master account clients (The people who actually process with them) have been rock solid again as of late & more than just their last 2 periods (Even though mine are about 43 cents each time now days)

They might have had a rocky 3-5 periods during the visa regulations and the design and implementation of the updated backend....(major overhaul!)

But they've been paying people for what... 8 or 9 years?

I'm sure quiet can attest to this as well.

No I am an Ibill EU merchant. All of us had our reserves withheld until the Sept 19 payout.

In general tho I agree that a lot of the criticsim they get is unfair, they have always eventually paid us since 1998. But the drama can sometimes be a bitch.

Ditto. I've got paid since 1997 from Ibill and only during December of last year and the beginning of the year where there any problems along with the Visa regulations, which everyone knew were coming sooner or later anyway. I myself thought it would happen in 2001 sometime and that was in 1998.

Anyone can bitch about IBILL all they want but the bottom line is I got paid and still get a check every 2 weeks....So did everyone else who has made any honest real money.

Ibill had some problems and so what?

They are a solid partner of goodthinxx.com and many others...

If you last cheque was too small you are probably doing something else wrong?

Before you come out with such statments, you should check your: traffic, content, perhaps your head

Cheers, Jakki

Haha actually they bitched about me in Miami coz I did not give someone from Ibill a car (hummer) at the show... we wanted to give them to clients and not only the partners and we were running short... So no I am afraid that I am not getting much from Ibill... wait I have a mini baseball... hardly worth any good cash

They have been around for a long time and have as you see paid a lot of people on time...
I hate overture fx. for not paying me back for three months and after 10 requests... read my latest thread... whats up overture?

Anyway, I hope you are doing better now, I know Ibill is
