Start --> Run --> type in services.msc --> click OK.
Find "Messenger"
right click on it...goto PROPORTIES and set startup type to "Disabled"
IOf anyone else wants to see if they are venurable goto a command prompt and type....
"net send 127.0.0.1 I eat shit"
