That's a load of traffic.
We can provide 250,000 per week or we can provide Teen Targeted , but not both. I don't think anyone can.

I agree with Adult Site Traffic; I don't think you'll find anyone that can send you 250K teen niche hits per week.

Try contacting some high traffic teen sites and see if you can work something out as far as buying some text links on there.
