Kman you never showed me how miles or cologroup fucked anybody over. When miles and jason split up, miles took his share of the company. And obviously if he owns cologroup, he would take it, this is why it is in his position.

However, i am in charge of Cologroup now. And i own it.

Not to mention cologroup has put over $100,000 into offshore solutions for mailing which even your small time spammers use. Too bad you couldn't make friends and have me introduce you to the big ones, your loss small man

Myles provided over 5 years of tech support to you & cologroup with out making a dime of profit because of his peers taking it all. He gave you free technical support and delt with all your issues, and on top of that never asked for a penny or anything.

It's funny how looking back at old threads kman, you congradulated miles on his good service he kept your servers in.

Your server was never down, you had no problems with him, so whats the problem? Could it be you are sticking up for your old pal jason because when miles got the smarts he was getting fucked around to pick up his belongings and leave and take the company with him and leave jason in the shitter ? I think thats a damn smart move for someone who was getting fucked over all day long for years...

He was not promoting another hosting company!! It was for all the people who want to send out bulk emails and are having trouble being able to do that in the states.

Also so you all no he was scammed just as much as the rest of you. He did contact people who in the past did business with Keyo. For the last week he has been tracing people and warning them.

Just for everybody's information persecuting my husband right now is wrong as none of you know how far into an investigation this is already.

He wanted to come public last week but was advised by our attorney not to. Many Many people here can vouch that he has contacted them and warned them however he has also been in the process of trying to get people their money back. This can also be verified by other people on this board.

I am going against my attorneys advice and my husbands advice right now posting this but I will not see him persecuted like this.

Also my husband has never recieved anything more than promises from keyo myles or cologroup.

You are getting bad legal advice, your husband needs to protect his reputation. Some attorneys seem to have a problem understanding that, all they care about is a potential lawsuit.

Ok you all seen the post where keyo was looking for a marketing person. Well I responded ... stupid me. Another life lesson I will have to live down.

So I have these clients thats looking for mail solutions and this Keyo aka David Foote hires me on to market his mail solutions. between getting married and moving in decmeber I need some extra cash and have googles of customers asking me about mailing solutions so I give it a try.

BAD BAD BAD decision on my part. I get one customer involved and the promises started. None of which have been delivered. A second customer asks me the same day if this is legit and till that point it looked pretty legit so I vouch for it. Luckily the second customer was able to charge back through paypal.

The first customer actually contacted keyo himself as I was contacted the night before I got married and really had no time to investigate things. Keyo sold him on a large mail solution that has to date never appeared.

So now I check further into this and contact Myles from cologroup. This person tells me not to worry everything is cool. I of course had his cell number and caught him at home so he did everything to assure me that evereything was on the up and up.

To date no service has been provided to the customer that paid his money up front. This is a company that had red flags but I fell for their stories and put some trust in them.

Do not do any business with these people as they are very unscrupolous. They have nothing but lies to back them up.

I regret even answering the ad. To anybody that is even thinking of doing any business with these people look somewhere else.

I know this post will put a black mark on my reputation however it may save someone the embarassment I have had to endure by dealing with these people.

Also Myles will come back and tell you that it had nothing to do with his company, however the money was wired to cologroup. Myles recieved the money and I have the icq logs, and we have bank reciepts to show that.

Keyo you owe me a weeks wages regardless of the customers charging back ... in fact you owe me more than that for putting my name in a bad spot and the amount of bs I have had to endure from all this not to mention the stress you added to my family. I expect payment soon as I have turned all this over to the local authority's.

Before anybody asks why I didn't come forward sooner well it involves a great sum of money. Some of which has been recovered and more that hasn't. There is a lot more involved here than just message board politics. There is felony wire fraud charges involved and more that I cannot mention.

However I will state this only one person has directly lost money through using my name. And I have been in contact with that person throughout all of this. There are many board heroes that have nothing to do with this trying to get their names involved. All I can say is be careful putting your name in where it don't belong.

I just got off the phone with the one person who lost money through me ... he will not release his name right now due to him having legal issues being persued with all of this.

If you lost money through me on this post your name here. But I can assure you nobody except the person who I have been in contact with has.

Also many people here have known about the legal proceedings we have been pursueing for over a week. This type of board politics and board heroes is not what this investgation needs at this point.

We have kept contact with each other and I cannot believe that the same man I talk too is involved with this fiasco.

It is plain to see, he is not. We all make mistakes, to those who know me, know that I have made my share.

It looks like JFPdude is doing his best to rectify this situation.

JFPDude is a good guy. I honestly don't think he had bad intensions or knew that these people would be ripping off webmasters. He was fed a line of bull just like others were.

I know he feels very bad for what has happened to webmasters he tried to get set up with them and I know he will do whatever he can to make this right.

I know I don't post much here and my opinion probably doesn't count for much and I probably look like one of those people that come out of the wood work to back someone up--but I have been in the biz for a long time and I do have some knowledge of the situation.

Anyway, I hope you all can feel for JFPDude's situation. It could have happened to anyone answering to the request they posted looking for a sales/marketing person. I guess this is just a lession learned. Investigate the company you are going to represent to look out for your own reputation.

Well I responded ... stupid me. Another life lesson I will have to live down. So I have these clients thats looking for mail solutions and this Keyo aka David Foote hires me on to market his mail solutions. between getting married and moving in decmeber I need some extra cash and have googles of customers asking me about mailing solutions so I give it a try. BAD BAD BAD decision on my part. I get one customer involved and the promises started. None of which have been delivered. A second customer asks me the same day if this is legit and till that point it looked pretty legit so I vouch for it. Luckily the second customer was able to charge back through paypal. The first customer actually contacted keyo himself as I was contacted the night before I got married and really had no time to investigate things. Keyo sold him on a large mail solution that has to date never appeared. So now I check further into this and contact Myles from cologroup. This person tells me not to worry everything is cool. I of course had his cell number and caught him at home so he did everything to assure me that evereything was on the up and up. To date no service has been provided to the customer that paid his money up front. This is a company that had red flags but I fell for their stories and put some trust in them. Do not do any business with these people as they are very unscrupolous. They have nothing but lies to back them up. I regret even answering the ad. To anybody that is even thinking of doing any business with these people look somewhere else. I know this post will put a black mark on my reputation however it may save someone the embarassment I have had to endure by dealing with these people. Also Myles will come back and tell you that it had nothing to do with his company, however the money was wired to cologroup. Myles recieved the money and I have the icq logs, and we have bank reciepts to show that. Keyo you owe me a weeks wages regardless of the customers charging back ... in fact you owe me more than that for putting my name in a bad spot and the amount of bs I have had to endure from all this not to mention the stress you added to my family. I expect payment soon as I have turned all this over to the local authority's. Before anybody asks why I didn't come forward sooner well it involves a great sum of money. Some of which has been recovered and more that hasn't. There is a lot more involved here than just message board politics. There is felony wire fraud charges involved and more that I cannot mention. However I will state this only one person has directly lost money through using my name. And I have been in contact with that person throughout all of this. There are many board heroes that have nothing to do with this trying to get their names involved. All I can say is be careful putting your name in where it don't belong. I just got off the phone with the one person who lost money through me ... he will not release his name right now due to him having legal issues being persued with all of this. If you lost money through me on this post your name here. But I can assure you nobody except the person who I have been in contact with has. Also many people here have known about the legal proceedings we have been pursueing for over a week. This type of board politics and board heroes is not what this investgation needs at this point.

He was fed a line of bull just like others were. I know he feels very bad for what has happened to webmasters he tried to get set up with them and I know he will do whatever he can to make this right. I know I don't post much here and my opinion probably doesn't count for much and I probably look like one of those people that come out of the wood work to back someone up--but I have been in the biz for a long time and I do have some knowledge of the situation. Anyway, I hope you all can feel for JFPDude's situation. It could have happened to anyone answering to the request they posted looking for a sales/marketing person.
