Mailing free xxx videos to members

I posted a message at one adult legal website but the forum looked very inactive so thought I would post here.

Does anyone have any idea on any legal issues with sending my members a free mini-CD of an adult video? No doubt it would cross state lines.

There are places that are considered hostile zip codes. That means you might have a beter chance at getting prosecuted if you send obscene mail into those zip codes. I just did a search for hostile zip codes and it pulled up a bunch of different lists. I didn't want to post the links here but you can look them up very simply yourself.

It's still just an idea so I am not worried in the least yet. I figure there is some way to do it since Penthouse, et al send mags (or Penthouse did at one time!)

I am assuming that members to my website would be of legal age already so no worries (hopefully) of kids getting it!
