Read a few posts above, close minded asshole.

FYI, I am not religous and don't believe there was even a Jesus existed that is depicted today and for a long time. Just stating the morons like you always try to push what they believe on everyone, and don't consider other "facts".

Do you believe in science and evolution? If so, then you can't believe what scholars in the past have written, right? I believe more in modern science that what someone wrote in the past, because you don't know what they were trying to influence at the time.

Maybe you are right. Maybe what others say that "Jesus" was a black or dark skinned man. Maybe he was a woman. No one will ever know...but be smart enough to realize that you might not be exactly correct in your thoughts.

I'm withholding comment until Rush Limbaugh makes a statement about it.

Facts? What facts? You posted facts?

You seem to claim otherwise in the end of this post:

Correct in my thoughts? All I said was that Jesus was not black and posted a link to someone that quoted the Jewish historical sources to prove that Jesus was anything but black.

But now we know that you view all historical sources as bogus... as you are a firm believer in "science".

You have got to be kidding me.

Because I believe in science and evolution I cannot believe historical sources? As if history is just a mish mash of unverifiable halftruths and conjecture? The writings of every great historian of the past, invalid. You do realize there are sciences that exist to prove or disprove history correct? Archaeology for one.

It is ignorant remarks like the one above that render any point you have to make completely null and void. You are so ill informed and ignorant of the subject matter it is pointless even debating the subject with you.

I showed facts just as much as you showed facts.

You asked for experts that said Jesus wasn't white, and I showed some. You showed your "facts" that he was white.

What is the problem?

Read this: <a href=http://books.reviewindex.co.uk/reviews_uk/0552143308.html>The Templar Revelation: Secret Guardians of the True Identity of Christ</a>

The best part of that book is where, as Adorno above, speaks of people at the time who were more equipt to give a description of christ.

The best thing I found was there is no public record of christs execution, but THERE IS public record of John The Baptists beheading which has lead to the belief that Christ was the #2 in John The Baptists congregation and when JOhn was beheaded (which we KNOW to be true unlike christs crucifiction) christ took it upon himself to keep the faith alive and twisted everything to suit him.

I have more books on this than my favorite subject. 'The Devil'

....

Just ordered it! Not sure how well researched this book is, but I'll soon know. Thanks for pointing out an empty space on my shelves.

Any other titles you might suggest?

<a href=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3629645196&category=51 8>Holy Blood, Holy Grail</a>

Mary Magdalene: Christianity's Hidden Goddess -- by Lynn Picknett is another one.

She is actually well known and fairly respected for her work with the subject. She's studied certain things regarding The HOly Grail, The Shroud Of Turin, and The Templars and is very accurate in her studies.

There are plenty of books I could recommend.

The Gospel Of Mary - lost scriptures found.

http://www.gnosis.org/library/marygosp.htm

Once you get involved in the story of Mary Magdalene you can really get to know Christ, she despite all arguments was his favorite apostle as said in the bible. 'He loved her more than the others' - to read about Mary Magdalene is to learn more about Christ as she was the closest to him during his days.

http://www.baptist-city.com/sermons/mary_magdalene.htm

She was his lover and its no doubt why she has been erased from the books. Although finds have been proving her value to christianity in fact, being more involved than 'Peter the rock' - she in fact carried on christianity when the other disciples wanted to run into the hills. She gave birth to christianity...

its all great reading. Fairly sured ive read them all.
