Tip man, 30-50 bucks won't get you enough bandwidth to get any decent traffic.
If that's all you can afford, you need to be VERY sparing in your submissions, make sure your galleries are hosted - or pics are small in size. You'll be able to eat up 5GB per day easy on a few submissions a day.
